The Board of Directors in Qlife Holding AB (publ) has resolved to carry out an issue of 5,883,817 shares with preferential rights for the Company's existing shareholders. Provided that the Rights Issue is fully subscribed, the Company will receive initial proceeds of approximately SEK 11.8 million before deduction of issue costs.
